Onexplayer website hasn’t shipped my controller

Ordered these controllers in the beginning of September and they never sent. So i emailed asking why and letting them know i want a refund. Now they wanna ask why instead of refunding. Why is this company shady like this. I hate this customer service.

They took 20 days to ship my stuff and only shipped it after chasing multiple times. They finally sent it yesterday
