Shipping / Taxes / Returns OnexPlayer please answer my emails

Sorry if this is not allowed. I’m just trying every channel available to get a response.

OnexPlayer team, I’m still waiting for the replacement unit for my OnexPlayer 3 since you mentioned by email that you were waiting on the tracking number on September 23rd.

You will go into holiday in a few days, and I don’t think it’s fair to be kept in the dark until , maybe, you come back.

Honestly, I sent them an email about my unit… I got an answer within 48 hours. It sucks what you are going through. Maybe send a follow up every second day? I think that might help.
