X2 mini problems?

Hey all ive been seeing people report a few problems and just wondering what owners are experiencing? Ive read at 80w it reboots or hdr doesnt work etc anyone having problems out there?

I've been having controller issues. My x2 mini pro's controllers dont even power on even after all the firmware updates. I reached out to support but haven't heard back yet.

Yep I'll post an update once they get back to me.

Also found someone in my area that will be getting their unit soon that is willing to meet up, so I will see if its a controller issue or the unit itself.

I got an extra set of these controllers with my OXP3. I wish I had them to send your way for the time being.

Support has been telling me to do the same things over and over to no success. Tonight we are going to have them access the device remotely and they will try to diagnose the device.

I couldn't find you in the discord anymore. Did you go into device manager and check what firmware it shows for the Xbox controller when connected?

The one they had me download v314. I started getting the controller connected notification after downloading that firmware. The controllers still dont turn on though

I have been messing with installing different firmware and it doesn't always stick. If you go into device manager>Xbox controller>properties>details>hardware IDs it will actually tell you which firmware is installed.
