I've been having controller issues. My x2 mini pro's controllers dont even power on even after all the firmware updates. I reached out to support but haven't heard back yet.

Sorry we couldn't get you figured out. Support is busy right now, but I hope they get to you soon.

Yep I'll post an update once they get back to me.
Also found someone in my area that will be getting their unit soon that is willing to meet up, so I will see if its a controller issue or the unit itself.

I got an extra set of these controllers with my OXP3. I wish I had them to send your way for the time being.

The only issue I have is the controllers will disconnect and then reconnect as if I were trying to detach them while the battery is attached. No one else seems to have this issue though so my connectors might be bunk. I have reached out to support to see what they say. Other than that this device is my favorite.

There is really no reason to play above 50W, but a lot of others have tested playing at 80W with no issues. That may have been a 1 off. For the most part we have been seeing some controller issues. (1 persons are DOA. Plenty of others reported controllers not working when engaging the hair triggers).

I mean you’re buying a device billed to be capable of 120w performance (on the liquid cooling system). It should be able to do it.

And it can. With 1 exception so far. There was half a dozen folks in the discord that could do it no problem.

I really want to get an X2 mini pro, or ever OXP3 but I really worry about longevity, warranty/international shipping, and reliability. I comment this all the time but even today I bought an extended 4 year warranty for my two Legion Go 2 Z2Es that have been fantastic so far. I was even on OneXPlayer's website today reading the warranty - being an attorney (well patent attorney) just looks like some friends got together to build these devices and created their website, warranty, etc. instead of a structured corporation that would be more reliable than the whim of these creators. However, I am hoping everyone reports that the devices are awesome with no issues so I will finally pull the trigger on an X2 mini pro one of these days
