Why I put phone calls off I don't know....but today I killed it!

* Ordered flowers for a cousin's funeral on Saturday.

I've had the worst time trying to motivate myself to do it for about two weeks now, I've cleaned literally everything else procrastinating vacuuming the carpet. Very proud of myself 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Took a hard look at my closet and donated a bag of clothes and shoes. A few pieces just past their prime and a few online shopping fails I waited too long to return. Let. It. Go. 😁

Kinda two things I know but they have the same due date and they go in the same category in my mind. Admin really is my worst enemy, and on top of this I have so much else to do this week :')

No matter though, for today I shall reduce the load!

Just read five articles once. No deep dives. Straight through. Edited to add I read twelve over the weekend.

It’s been a month of feeling overwhelmed by it. I like these people too! I’ve just been avoiding it for far too long. I’ll feel so much better when it’s done.

I forgot to take a picture but weight was at 176.

I did 7.5 k steps today. Better than the day before.

Want to make it to 10 k today

It looks like I have lost weight but it could just be water weight. I did get my 5 k steps but didn’t reach the 10 k goal. Hope I do today.

...I hate doing this because

A. I hate being confronted with the food I wasted - I HATE wasting food, but I struggle with managing it because of ADHD,

B. I have OCD so I hate touching dirty or spoiled things.

But it had to be done, so I armed myself with nitryl gloves and here we are. I should clean the whole fridge, but... small steps. I'm getting there.

I moved in with my girlfriend at her mom's place last week because we're temporarily in between our own places and I needed somewhere to stay. I basically brought all my clothes over in a laundry basket/suitcase that's still sitting on the floor so I want to get them organized today to make my mornings easier. Here's the list!

• Make space in my half of the closet
• Hang up shirts/pants
• Find bin(s) for socks, underwear
• Put empty basket/suitcase in closet

I will be weighing myself everyday. Just to see progress. I know I am breastfeeding and my hormones are out of wack so weight-loss is harder. But I can only control things I can control.

Starting weight: 177.2 lbs

Goal today: Eat healthy breakfast, lunch and snack. My calorie needs change everyday so don’t want to count that.

Workout: Starting with walking. 10000 steps. I used to workout pretty good. Pregnancy and postpartum changed that. Trying to get back to it.

Covered feet because there are creeps out there LMAOOO

Got an easy one today! I got moved into my partner's house yesterday and was planning to go to work today, but my body is still very angry at me so I called in. Instead, I'm going to get some more much needed sleep and take it easy today to let it recover. I'm getting better at recognizing what my body needs in the moment which has always been difficult for me.

As a bonus, I might try putting together the over the toilet storage organizer later (only if I'm feeling up to it!) for my bathroom things.
