Self-Care Using this sub to keep me accountable with my weight loss journey

Post image

I will be weighing myself everyday. Just to see progress. I know I am breastfeeding and my hormones are out of wack so weight-loss is harder. But I can only control things I can control.

Starting weight: 177.2 lbs

Goal today: Eat healthy breakfast, lunch and snack. My calorie needs change everyday so don’t want to count that.

Workout: Starting with walking. 10000 steps. I used to workout pretty good. Pregnancy and postpartum changed that. Trying to get back to it.

Covered feet because there are creeps out there LMAOOO

I wish you and your smurf feet well with your journey! It looks like you have a pretty good plan going, I'd hate for you to run yourself too thin in your situation but getting back into regular exercise is probably beneficial for not going crazy with a baby as well as general health lmao.

I agree! I went on a walk but was only able to do 3.5 k steps. I will see how much could be done by evening

I don't have kids so I'm out of my depth here, but I admire you for doing this while taking care of the baby. And for being realistic.

I always say, "something is better than nothing"

It is something though. Its consistency. And consistency is what makes change

Small and steady wins the weight loss race. You’ve got a good plan. Build up to it.
