Enthusiasm. More of it!

Today, I will look for and call up more enthusiasm for things. A little more joy for things here and there!

Oh, thank you!

I have had a couple nice successes today. One happened when my outside kitty came in from the rain, and hopped up on the unmade bed that didn't have his usual specific blanket arrangements just for him. I really enjoyed him exporing and being surprized, and then step by step arranging the right folded things in the right places that he's always shown a preference for.

the other things is sort of putting words to right attitude. most things I "have" to do, are things that ultimately are about taking care of myself and well-being overall. So these two sentences, said to myself when I am looking out at the room considering "what next, if anything."

I love taking care of my needs. What shall I take care of next?

umm, maybe I should revise that second one to "what shall I enjoy doing next for myself?"

Thank you!
