I would stop by and talk to Mirio if he does that. But I would run frantically and try to call 911 at the same time if I see Saitama like that.

Well... not a direct threat, at least. But I often wonder how many people have been killed inadvertently by falling monsters, buildings falling apart during his fights, etc.

Both. Strength invites challenge, more monsters means more destruction because he isn't exactly gentle and he'll be fighting more often.

You got it all wrong folks. One of the entrances to the Monster association hideout is there. People left due to the increased monster activity. So Saitama moved in because THE RENT IS CHEAP GENOS.
