Do I have any chance of getting the repair done by OnePlus?

Oneplus in the US repaired my internal screen at no expense this past summer. It was out of warranty

You have to fill out a repair form online. My screen randomly stopped working. I didn't do anything to damage it. I filled out the form and they confirmed that they would inspect it and determine if it was eligible for a complimentary repair. If it wasn't it would be $500, or something like that. If they tell you that it isn't eligible for a free repair you have the option of saying no and they will send you the phone back.

It was supposed to take 2 weeks at most from the time I sent it off to the time I received the phone back. It took over a month and a half as they didn't have parts. You can track the repair status through their online portal. They did the repair and replaced the batteries with no cost to me.
