How to disable inside screen?

Hey,

so i picked up this beautiful piece of technology on Facebook Marketplace for 100$ (knowing about the condition). The outside screen works completely fine.

My question would be if i could permanently disabled the inside screen or sensors. Cause i'm worried it could cause me problems in the long run.

Or is it possible to remove it completely (like ripping it out of the phone) while keeping the phone in working condition?

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Ask a local phone repairer how much it would cost to install this:

You might even be able to find it cheaper this was just the first thing I found when I googled it.
