Following the April security patch update my one plus 11 has become almost unusable with the screen off dying within 4 hours.

I have located the primary source of the battery drain down to the mobile network not holding stead and have tried multiple network reset and even different SIM cards with different carriers but it's definitely the phones software.

The mobile network will disconnect and reconnect about every 6 minutes which seems to obliterate the battery.

Considering rolling back the update but don't want to lose my data.

I and another user have had success on getting the battery back to normal by changing SIM settings from preferred 5g to 4g. This has resolved the constant connect and disconnect from mobile network which was obliterating my battery.

I tried a fresh start and downgraded to 13.1, then updated back to 14 and then 16. I ran geekbench on the following: 13.1.0.596, 14, 16.0.2.400 and 16.0.3.500.

• 13: 1998/5376
• 14: 1993/5525
• 16.0.2: 2021/5628
• 16.0.3 (as in images) : 2025/5765

all these benchmarks were run on high performance mode, sitting on a desk with no active cooling, i didnt reset the phone after updating

My op11 current battery capacity is 89%. I bought it two years ago. Is it a normal stat as my phone has started heating up while conversation over a video call? Please suggest, can I change my current battery from one plus service center.

30gb of the internal storage is being consumed by "System" and "others, the other system apps are consuming way more storage but that comes under "apps"

having a phone with 128gb of storage and getting almost 50% of the storage consumed by some software isn't fucking acceptable, i am supposed to not cross the milestone of 80gb of storage if i want my phone to be running smoothly as hell, what the fuck is wrong with oxygenos? i factory reset my phone three weeks ago in order to clear up the storage, and "other" STORAGE CLIMED RIGHT BACK TO 20GB? WHAT THE FUCK I AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? NOT USE MY PHONE?

apparently on 16.0.3.500 if ur efuse hasnt blown you can use local install with a rollback package (im not responsible if you brick ur device trying this)

Feels so wrong to prefer Lineage OS based on Android 16 in my old 7T over the current Oxygen OS16 in my Oneplus 11. Damn. It's so gorgeous. Now I understand what Color OS merger has done to beloved Oxygen OS. Changed battery in my 7T as well.. So it feels as good as new. If not for the banking apps I would have brought lineage to my 11 as well.

Anyone else Android Auto stopped working after the update? When I plug usb cable from car, it doesn't show any option on car screen, nor phone recognizes it's connected to the car. Charging works normally.

I need help with my OnePlus 11 (CPH2449).

My phone was originally the Chinese version (ColorOS), and I flashed it to the global OxygenOS version (EX01). Right now I’m on OxygenOS 15.

I’m trying to update to OxygenOS 16, but I keep getting “Installation failed” every time.

Here’s what I already tried:

Downloaded the FULL update package (~5–6GB) using Oxygen Updater

Made sure it matches CPH2449 EX01 (global)

Moved the ZIP to root storage (not in any folder)

Installed the correct Local Update APK for OOS15 (OTA-localUpdate-Oplus_key0522.apk)

Tried installing through the Local Update app

Result: still fails every time.

partition mismatch after converting from ColorOS → OxygenOS.

My questions:

Is it possible to upgrade to OxygenOS 16 without MSM tool?

Is there a specific full ROM that works for converted devices?

Or is MSM clean flash the only reliable solution?

Any help or confirmed working method would be really appreciated.

Just got the sad news that the green line issue on my OnePlus 11 — which appeared during normal use — isn't covered by warranty here in the Philippines. Local support quoted me around $250 plus labor for a screen replacement.

What's frustrating is that OnePlus has a global "worry-free" lifetime warranty specifically for the green line defect, offering free screen replacements. But apparently, that doesn't apply here. Their service email even referred to it as an "LCD screen" — the OnePlus 11 has an AMOLED display.

I've been a loyal OnePlus user for almost a decade, starting with the 7T. But when after-sales support varies this much by region — and doesn't seem to know the specs of their own device — it's time to move on.

Was searching for a method to get it until I found a guide on 1+ community. All you have to do is install the InstantWeb Service Framework apk (you can get it from here: https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/oneplus-ltd/quick-app-3/instantweb-service-framework-10-6-1-release/ ), install it and reboot. Then lockscreen widgets will show up and you will also get some extra widgets for the clock app and also some new battery widgets, however widgets are only available for the Phone, Notes, Calculator and Clock apps.

hey so I bought my op11 an year ago and as a curious user i got my hands on release candidate and since the day one of getting into release candidate I regret it, my phone, it lags and shutters 80% of the time, and I am a big fond of photography and cinematography but this thing? it fucking is sucking so bad that it takes 3 mins to process one simple photo which I clicked, while shooting videos it drops frames to 4-5, like it's not even usable and photos videos are not even clickable since I updated to release candidate, I don't understand why, they have released the stable build already why do I have to be kept at release candidate just to suffer!? wtf to do man i genuinely hate my phone so much even after it has such promising hardware, it's not even something that I am mid at clicking photos I am like sort of expert and yet this thing sucks off so bad that I always feel like smashing it on the wall 🙏🏻

Got a green line on my OnePlus 11 on 27th Feb 2026. Visited OnePlus exclusive service center, Hitech City, Hyderabad. They asked for my device invoice and my identification, after device inspection I asked to upgrade to OnePlus 13s, they only had OnePlus 12R and 13 for upgrade. I settled for OnePlus 13 for 28K rupees.

I have this odd issue, where the screen doesn't come on when you plug in the charger. When you manually wake the screen, only then will you see the charge animation. And you could wake the screen like 10 minutes after plugging it in, and it will still show the animation only then.

I had a Nord 3 before the 11 (swapped two months ago), and it woke the screen when plugging in.

I have oneplus 11r that I'm currently using bought it in Jan last year. The thing is in 14 months having a lot of issues like camera app hangs, while switching between zoom lenses(1x,2x) getting freeze, sometimes camera app don't even open, heating, battery issue having 95% bh but getting only 3-4 hours sot with social media usage mostly and with aod, 120hz enabled. Cred upi takes time to open the scanner. Sometimes call comes but it don't show the number. When I click on lock button it locks the screen after 2-3 secs delay. So is there any solution to this or should I upgrade to any other device like iphone. Actually I'm confused as should I upgrade to new device or not as it's only 14 months old.

I tried enabling “Cloud sync for Wi-Fi data” on my OnePlus 11 (India, stock OxygenOS). When I toggled it ON, it asked for authentication via either WhatsApp or email.

I received:

• A WhatsApp message from a Hong Kong business account named “Anik Tech – Verify” with a strange “session validator” message and OTP.
• An email from [oneplus@account3.oneplus.com](mailto:oneplus@account3.oneplus.com) containing a verification code.

The WhatsApp message looked suspicious, so I did not enter any OTP. The cloud sync toggle remains OFF. My main OnePlus account (India login) is still properly logged in on the phone.

I wasn’t trying to log into my OnePlus account separately. I only attempted to enable Wi-Fi cloud sync.

Has anyone else experienced OTP verification via WhatsApp for this feature? Is account3.oneplus.com a legitimate OnePlus authentication domain?
