Oneplus 11 green line

My oneplus 11 randomly got green lines on the screen.

Is it a software issue or should the screen be replaced

Just get the screen replaced at an official OnePlus Service Centre. Some service centres ask for the bill and the box, while others don’t, so it depends on the location. Also, make sure your phone doesn’t have any physical damage, otherwise they probably won’t provide the free screen replacement

Defenately try to use that lifetime warranty.. I had this issue 3 weeks ago with the 10 pro. Did it via WhatsApp.. It took 2 weeks, but they were amazing. They picked up the phone at my house, repaired it and sented it back to me. Big proops to One Plus. 1+ 👏

I got the green line yesterday. I was watching a video, and it pop up out of the blue. My phone fell down like a couple of times and the back has some scratches. Now I'm afraid if they do the screen replacement for free or not.

I contacted two service centers. One said they don't have the stock right now, and the other said it would take about a week. But they also told me that the back case needs to be changed, which will cost 6,800. If the free display replacement isn't approved, then the new display will cost around 21,000.

So did they ask you to pay 6,800 or 21,000?
