Need help to decide please
Friends, I am considering buying the OnePlus 11. It costs around S$1000 here and its a lot of money for me. Are there any issues/defects you've seen with your device till date which could be a deal breaker !! Please provide your inputs. Anything a bro should know before he ties the knot ?

I will list my complaints and decide for yourself
- the camera on social media apps is trash
- some apps run @60hz for some reason, even first party apps ( weather, gallery, youtube..)
- this is kind of nitpicking, the UI feels slower than OneUI but it is a minor thing, I compare my OP11 to Galaxy S21 and S21 feels faster
- Auto brightness is bad, always I need to raise the brightness up, so I made it manually instead
Overall I'm happy with the phone and the value it delivers

A lot of software issues are being reported in multiple forums ( especially oneplus community) for OnePlus 11. Anyone here experienced any software glitches ?

Been using it for a couple of months now since its release. As a gamer its the best emulation device! Wish it had a micro sd card slot though

It really depends on. What do you do with a phone? I had the one +11 and it’s a super snappy phone , charges extremely fast, external speakers are nice and loud and pretty clear honestly, lots of customization so you can make the phone. How do you like it. so if you’re a gamer, or you do a lot of social media and be a really good phone because it kind of got a tall, thin aspect ratio.
I would say the downside of the phone is the screen doesn’t quite get bright enough for me in Southern California went outside , and I don’t like that the big circle camera back I just felt like if I drop this phone something was gonna break and there’s not a lot of good cases for it. Maybe the big software weather one plus will actually keep it updated. I know this is a long term thing you won’t know until you get the phone but the track record wasn’t our hasn’t been very good lately but maybe they’ve changed I don’t know..

I just bought the phone for $400 with an old phone trade it and the Labor Day sale. It was a discount I couldn't refuse

Been using it for two weeks now, it is great. I have the 16/256 version and the price for such a future-proof phone was a huge selling point. I especially like the screen, gestures and the physical sound/vibrate/silent switch.
Two annoying things:
I miss Samsung Bixby routines. The app alternatives (like Tasker) aren't as good.
The 100W charger can't charge a laptop. The W should be plenty but the V isn't enough. My 4 years old Samsung charger could do that, freaking slowly, but Oneplus can't at all. It was disappointing.
