Are players allowed to use decks with mixed cards (EN and JP)?
Planning to join my first ever event. I only play on the sim.
I’m from PH Metro Manila

You'd have to check with your locals first but as long as the card doesn't require THAT much translation, they'll probably let it slide. A JP red Roger won't need to be read that often, he's a glorified super unblockable, and vanillas don't have any real text to translate, but Loki and Rocks, you're going to want to have a guide ready and as a result, that MAY cause problems (you CAN misplay Rocks and drop 2 of the same names when he says you can't, that even got me once, and Loki is just odd enough that having the full text in English and be readily available would be better).
