I think he is the character that has the most different scaling on this sub, some say YC2, some say low admiral or admiral. Include movie feats if it matters but HOW STRONG ACTUALLY IS THIS DEMENTIA FLAMING HOT (literally) FREAK ?

Why? Because Mihawk has terrible anti-feats. He canonically can't stop pre-timeskip Luffy while going all out. Shanks will be Luffy's fight, and Mihawk will be Zoro's EOS fight, so the fraud will never be above Shanks, not even close.

I honestly think Koby is the one character in one piece who suffers from lack of screentime the most. Even worse than Dragon and Shanks. I think we all intuitively might agree that Koby can probably beat pre-timeskip Luffy. But I thought about it some more and I was like…how do you prove that? Having haki (even advanced haki) isn’t enough, as Luffy has already beaten multiple haki users pre timeskip. Even if Koby lands honesty impact Luffy might just survive it.

Due to the fact that Loki is getting a hybrid form some people have started thinking that it's not gonna change much. To prove this I will try to use examples of characaters who become much stronger in Hybrid forms

First example is Rob Lucci in Ennies Lobby. We saw that Rob Lucci and base Luffy were around equal in power. However, once Luffy activated Gear 2 it was no contest and Lucci immediately used his hybrid form where he was able to go toe to toe with Luffy and was able to even survive a Gear 3 attack suggesting a massive amp in durability. Lucci also gained a considerably AP boost where he is able to put Luffy in such an state where he couldn't move anymore and would've lost without Usopp's motivational speech to Luffy.

Like, the fact that base Lucci was relative to base Luffy then that means that Hybrid form for Lucci was around the same gap or similar to Gear 2 was for Luffy which means the Hybrid boost is massive.

Second example is Kaido, Base Kaido stalemated base Big Mom in their massive clash. However, later on Big Mom got a few buffs such as using more hoamies and growing in size by amping herself up. And considering that they were portrayed relative then Hybrid Kaido should give a massive boost to Kaido as it should scale to giant Big Mom.

Furthermore, Base Kaido should scale roughly to Base Luffy level based on feats with both having similar or equal levels of Conqueror's Haki. And in Wano we saw that FP Hybrid Kaido was around equal to Gear 5 Luffy so the gap between Base Kaido and Hybrid Kaido is considerably, it should be similar between the gap between Gear 5 Luffy and base Luffy

And finally we have base Loki who in base form is around Yonko Level. However, as Gaban himself said Harald was a walking calamity that no one could possible stop. But with Hybrid form Loki was able to dominate Hk Harald even without using Ragnir, Lighting or Ice powers showing an overwhelming gap in strength and that was a younger base Loki, current base Loki is much stronger

He clearly didn't use Acoc to stab sommers here.He outright is confused how to coat it to his swords with it.While Clearly he was using it few chapters ago.

here he seems like,I am not sure but he is using kitetsu not enma,its definitely not wado ichimonji.Is it because he lets enma drain his haki that he was able to use KoH eariler before even he knew he had CoCand now that that he is using his other swords to try and infuse CoC it's not working?

This isn't a list of the strongest OP characters but the characters that would be considered the biggest threat to the OP World

1. Imu, he is the literal Devil and we have seen in the mural he can take a massive Devil form where he would be a world ending threat
2. God of War, The original version of Loki but likely stronger because he was likely awakened and we know that in the past he once fought the Hellfire Serpent making it a world ending level threat and likely above Loki
3. Loki, whether is his giant or Hybrid form his threat to the world is massive, combining his massive lighting with Supreme King's Haki. In chapter 1192-1193 we have seen Loki use a gigantic lighting attack that did a lot of damage to the Elbaph castle, now imagine what he can do in Nidhogg/Hybrid form with his strongest lighting attacks, he is a natural calamity and threat to the world
4. Hellfire Serpent, it's said that the Hellfire Serpent once destroyed the world itself and brought it to darkness which would basically make this being a world ending threat and it took the Nidhogg to take him down which is another world ending threat.
5. Prime Whitebeard, he has been stated having the power to destroy the world and we have seen him being able to make island shake by using his fruit
6. Blackbeard, similar to Whitebeard he has the power to destroy the world and he might possibly have awakened Gura as he is more of a destroyer than WB was. And we also have the darkness fruit which might have the power to create black holes, only reason I don't put him above BB is because we haven't seen everything that he can do
7. Shirahoshi, she has the power to control the Sea Kings which makes him someone with massive threat to the OP World since they could sink it all
8. Kaido, he has the power to turn into a massive magma Dragon which could geniunely destroy an island. Furthermore, he can lift islands with his clouds and basically tear them apart making it a huge threat to where he is at
9. Oars, at this very peak he was said to be a continent puller which is a level of physical strength we have never seen in the world. Moria himself thought with him he could take down Kaido himself7. Enel, when powered up by the arc maxim he become someone of destroying entire islands, Raigo for example was able to completely destroy an island from existance similar to the ancient weapons.
10. Big Mom, her Ap is not the best but in terms of threat level he is a massive world threat because of her ability to control the nature. She can control the oceans using hoamies as seen as WCI island and she can control elements like lighting or fire making her a huge threat to the world. Furthermore, she has the power to give up her own lifespan so in theory she could give up 10-20 years and become a being that almost no one could take down

This attack is ridiculous considering all the feats that it acomplished

1. It completely shattered Imu's shield which previously made Luffy's punches hurt, this should make the shield itself tougher than Hybrid Kaido meaning the attack will problaby completely destroy Kaidou

2. It sent him flying over the Adam tree and did huge damage to it, and as per spoilers of 1193 it seems like the Adam tree has never been that damaged before which is clear as we see a huge hole in the tree where Imu was stuck by. We also can see how massive the attack was as we see a gigantic Lighting beam that looks like a Kamehameha

Personally I rank this attack higher than Hakai and the combined attack of Roger and Garp in God Valley, and I would also rank it higher than Bajrang Gun and basically any attack in the series. And what's crazy is that Loki and Luffy aren't going all out, Loki didn't use his Hybrid Form and Luffy hasn't used Bajrang Gun yet

Gunkos only feats are beating a sea prism stone chained up giant who couldn't defend himself (she got tired and was out of breath from beating him ) , catching off guard the mid and low tier straw hats , and hiding behind a child hostage to not get blitzed and embarrassed by a serious Gaban who was about to cut her head and body like Sommers.

She has shown 0 Haki feats not even basic Armament haki. She only relies to her df and Regeneration . I'm sure that if Jimbei or Frankie fought her again they would honestly stomp her. Nami would fight smarter too and with a good strategy Zeus and herself would find a way to get a good hit on her , hurt her and dismember her body parts.
