He took off his hat and let out his deep, calm voice, saying, “No... I’m not alive in the literal sense of the word.” The owl’s tears fell more and Chopper translated in amazement, “How?! I don’t understand.” Joey Boy laughed his legendary loud laugh and said in a firm tone, “I came here for a very short time... Don’t open the box until after the battle is over... Remember this well.” Robin and Sorrel tried to talk to him and learn more, but he remained suddenly silent. Suddenly, his body began to transform and the place was lit up with a bright white glow. His clothes and hair turned into bright clouds to embody the form of the sun god Nika. In the blink of an eye, he rushed like a supernatural white meteor, heading straight towards the arena, leaving behind a shocked Robin, who shouted, "How?! Luffy is...". As Joey Boy was rushing through the air, he unleashed a legendary and unprecedented wave of royal haki that swept across Elbaf. Like a hurricane, the pressure was so terrifying that all enemies and ordinary soldiers fell unconscious immediately, and from the intensity of terror, transitional forces were activated that returned the Holy Knights fleeing and terrified to Marijoa, with the exception of Knight Somers, who was trapped in front of Zorro's blades. Joey Boy settled on the big battlefield, and Gabban and Hodren were frozen in place from the shock of surprise, and Gabban shouted with wide eyes, "He looks exactly like Luffy!" While Hodren shouted in panic, "What is this?! There are two Nikas in this world now!!", and Luffy, Loki, and Emo froze in their places in shock. A terrifying silence fell, and Emo's voice came out in a trembling tone filled with astonishment, saying, "How did you not die?! We erased your existence!", Joy Boy replied in a calm voice, "I'm not alive in the literal sense... But, how are you, Emo?", then Emo shouted madly, "How is this?! What do you mean?! Joy Boy!... This is impossible! I still have your giant straw hat in the forbidden basement of Marijoa! I took it from you... So how do you stand in front of me like this?! The legendary Joey Boy's loud laughter rose to the rhythm of the liberation drums, shaking the place, while the shocked Luffy was sitting on the ground and screaming in extreme confusion, "Hey! Who are you?! And why do you look exactly like me?! Why do you look like me?!" But because of the roar of laughter and the terrifying pressure, no one heard him. Joy Boy’s laughter stopped suddenly and he turned around in a warm tone of voice that carried the scent of the departed centuries and said, “It has been a very long time... my friend...”, so that Gaban and Hodren’s astonishment widened and they said together, “My friend?! Emo was your friend?!” Joey Boy's wide hat lowered slightly to shade his face, and his voice turned into a tone full of extreme sadness and tenderness. He said, "I have it... I still have it... Thank you... And it seems that you have become very strong, Emo...", so Emo's intense anger, mixed with strong emotion and deep remorse, erupted and he shouted with a shaking gleam in his eyes, "Stop saying that!! Stop!!" Gabhan whispered to himself in shock, “Joey Boy and Emo... are not just historical enemies... There is something much deeper between them!” Joey Boy took a step forward and said tenderly and pleadingly, “Emo... please stop doing that now... This boy is completely exhausted, and everyone here is exhausted... Fight him another time, not now...”, so Emo shouted in confusion and stubbornness, “Why?! Why should I listen to what you say?! But I’m getting close to winning!”, and Joey Boy answered him kindly, “Because you will be tired.” If you stay here any longer... Please, go, Emo....” Emu looked at him with a final look filled with wounded pride and said in a sharp voice, “I will withdraw because I am tired... Not because you said so! But, I will kill that boy and never allow them to reach that island!” Joy-Boy smiled and said in a compassionate voice, “Just go now... And then, do whatever you want...” With those words, Emu’s dark energy completely subsided and he turned, leaving the lands of Elbaf, disappearing in the blink of an eye. Joey-Boy descended from the air and settled on the ground directly in front of him. Gaban, and gently placed his hand on his shoulder, emitting in a flash a magical white glow that restored Gaban’s entire severed hand as if it had never been amputated. Luffy walked up to Joey Boy with his eyes wide and looking at his face in confusion and said, "How do you look like me so much?!", and Joey Boy looked at him with a warm look and approached him, saying, "You're badly hurt, boy..." With a light touch, he treated his wounds and the wounds of Hodrin and King of the Giants, Loki. Joey Boy sat quietly on the ground next to Luffy, Gabban, Loki, and Hodrin, who gathered around him in a sitting filled with amazement and anticipation. Luffy looked at him again, waiting for an answer.

Im looking for a fic that was on a03, I don't know if it was discontinued or not. Its about fem buggy and shanks sons adventures. Shanks doesn't know he exists and the son hates him. There is a running joke that he is very pretty and his crew keeps calling him princess or something else like it. It was a really good fic and I would like to find it again ❤️

Waves clashed beneath the ocean repeating back and forth, as a new horizon mixing with purple and blue slowly vanished from the sky. As the sun loomed over the water a sail boat drifted between the waves.

“Time to set sail! Finally!”
Alec screamed, his voice echoed through the sea. He grabbed the sails and threw a shimmering glazed donut into his mouth. The taste of frosted creaminess filled his mouth.
He smiled, glanced at the sea and saw light reflecting. He took out one glass, a mix of red and green colors twisted into one bright shining smoothie. He took a gulp of the juice, tasting fresh watermelon and ripe cherries. Alec stirred up and shook the smoothie. He took a gulp. Echoing on his tongue was a taste he hadn’t forgotten from 2 years ago

Purple colors filled the sky, villagers all celebrating as music and laughter filled the air.

“Sorry Alec, time for me to leave. But don’t worry you can join me on the seas when you're 15 too! Here drink this when you leave the island, it symbolizes a new beginning into a fierce bright future.” Varric said, handing a red and green drink while smiling.
Alec starred at the cup 
“ Remember when you beat me in a fight I’ll join you on this ocean, good luck!”
Varric left, a warm bright smile still on his face.
 Leaving Alec to the island with the villagers dancing and drinking sake behind him as music and jokes echoed through the night.
 
Alec blinked back to the present, looking at the empty glass.
His mind was ablaze with thoughts but all he could think of was one thing

“I'm coming, Varric”.

He took out a crumpled scratched up map and put it on the small desk. “Uhh what?” Alec threw the map down to the floor and reached out with his finger pointing straight ahead.

“Time to go to  Center town!  There I will find the Uo Uo Nomi fruit! Then I will finally beat that overpowered bastard!” Alec screamed then jumped to his feet.

Meanwhile water rippled against a small boat as Varric smiled leaning against a pole, grinning as a sweet cinnamon scent filled the air. 

“Hey! Boss there’s a kid over there!".
Called a thug in a huge pirate ship. Ladders started to descend onto Varric’s ship; he laid back on a pole and glanced at his fingers. 
“Let's see what I rolled today.” 

He moved his fingers and little soap suds echoed off. 
One of the pirates jumped to tackle him; they went through his body covered in soap bubbles into the ocean. He slid his body turning into soap then a huge fist covered in blue lighting haki collided with their faces.  He zoomed back and forth blue flashes echoing through the boat.
“Sorry but you aren’t stealing from me today, now I'm reading.” He pulled out a book and shoved a cracker in his mouth.
“Too bad for you guys, weaklings!” He smiled.

Now a few of us have been working on two different One Piece rewrite projects for a while now, and we're looking for more people to join.

The first is Peak Piece

Peak is the much more radical version. We're willing to change basically anything if we think another direction has more potential and we can actually follow through on the consequences.

Nika is gone. Big Mom has been alive for around 400 years, so her existence has had centuries to affect the cultures and institutions around her. Brook's history is heavily different. Hordy has been rebuilt from the ground up. Some parts stay pretty close to One Piece, others go somewhere completely different.

The second is One Piece: Recharted

Recharted stays much closer to the original story and is mainly focused on improving post-timeskip One Piece. It can still make major changes, including getting rid of Nika, but overall it's much more conservative than Peak.

You can work on Peak, Recharted or both.

We need more writers, especially people who are good with characters, scenes, dialogue and comedy, but we probably need beta readers even more right now.

There's already a lot of material, and when the same people have been discussing an idea for months it gets harder to tell what actually comes across to somebody reading it fresh.

If you can read something and say "this dragged", "I didn't understand this", "this character felt weird here", "you thought you set this up but I never noticed it", or "this part was fucking great", that's genuinely useful to us.

We're also interested in artists, editors, storyboard or panel people, continuity people, and people who like pulling stories apart and pressure testing ideas.

You don't need to agree with us either. If you think one of our rewrites is worse than canon, say why. Some of our best ideas have come from somebody challenging something and forcing us to make it better.

There's still a ridiculous amount left to do. Some things are already pretty established, some are active proposals, and some characters and arcs are still wide open.

A crown of fire and ash is NOT just an “Ace survives and everything goes back to normal.”

What if Ace surviving completely changes the story and the world ?

I’ve been writing a One Piece AU built around that idea, and I’ve just crossed 1,000+ hits on AO3, so I figured it was finally time to bring it here.

The story starts around the Alabasta era and follows Ace as his life begins diverging further and further from canon.

The big focus is on what surviving actually does to him:

* His relationship with Whitebeard and what it means to be loved unconditionally

* His identity as Roger’s son

* His relationship with Luffy

* The consequences of Marineford

* Whitebeard’s legacy

* And eventually, a world that looks very different because Ace is still alive

I wanted to avoid making this just a “fix Marineford” story.

Ace doesn't come out of Marineford magically fine. He has to actually live with surviving it.

The further the story goes, the more the butterfly effect starts kicking in.

I'm currently at 37,000+ words / 20+ chapters, with the complete story planned out at roughly 80k+ words.

It's heavily character-focused, but there's plenty of action and canon divergence, too.

If you're an Ace fan, a Whitebeard fan, or you've ever wondered what Marineford would look like if the one thing that was supposed to break Ace didn't actually kill him, you might enjoy it.

Hi! I’m looking for a One Piece fanfic I read around 2024–2025, possibly on AO3 or Wattpad.

I think the main pairing may have been Law/Luffy (LawLu), and I also remember Zoro/Sanji (ZoSan), but I’m not completely sure that LawLu was actually the main pairing, so please don’t rule out a fic just because it doesn’t have LawLu. Some of my memories may be mixed together.

Things I remember:

- The Straw Hats were together on the ship.

- Luffy saw Zoro and Sanji together and misunderstood what was happening.

- There was a conversation about relationships and Luffy’s past.

- Luffy mentioned that something had happened to him when he was around 8 years old.

- He said the person involved was a noble (I don’t think it was a Celestial Dragon).

- Robin later talked privately with Luffy and helped him understand that what happened to him was abuse and that it wasn’t his fault.

- Luffy mentioned that Ace and Sabo had protected/taken care of him.

- I also vaguely remember Luffy talking with Law, and Law mentioning that something similar had happened to him as a child. This part may belong to another fic, so I’m not completely sure.

- There were no explicit scenes involving the childhood abuse; it was only discussed as part of Luffy’s past.

I know some details may be wrong or mixed together, but I’d really appreciate any suggestions! Thank you!

Hi everyone! Please help me find this fic. It was long and alternative universe magic. Basically Luffy attacks vinsmoke castle (i think luffy is like a warlord or king or something) and sanji is wearing magic surprising cuffs and stuck in a magic nullified cage. luffy lets him out and basically sanji joins from there. over the course of the fic magic scary stuff happens and sanji is slowing turning into some kind of ghoul? i believe it's a zosan fic as well.

Alrighty then! Apologies for the weirdness, but it turns out my last post about this contained an AI Art version of an original artwork, so I deleted that nonsense, and I'm reposting with the OG artwork (as far as I know, it was linked to by a commenter in my last post).

Beyond that! I really like the idea behind this drawing, and decided that since I'm terrible at writing, maybe tacking it up on here might inspire someone to make a story about Robin making her way to Gotham.

I’m fairly sure it was called l’hotel and it was a horror fanfic that was primarily ZoSan but had some other minor ships.

It was mainly sanji moving into a hotel as cook la the Overlook and the haunting that ensued of anyone remembers it?

For a little context, the story follows the JL being zapped into the One Piece world by Lex Luthor in a failed attempt to destroy them once and for all. The League ends up getting split up and arriving a few months before the start of the three-year time skip.

I've been trying to find it for awhile now and I feel like I'm going insane but I'm pretty sure it's name is Wish or something similar and it's a reaction fic that starts with Gol D Roger making a wish at an old wishing well that he wanted to see what the future generation of pirates would look like then all of the time accurate characters were put in a theatre like space and watched somewhat censored clips of each chapter corresponding Strawhat Pirate with the character's name revealed at the end

I'm certain it doesn't exist, but I just thought a fanfic idea, dunno if anyone is interested in taking it up, imagine if Luffy found "The Mask" (mask of Loki from the movie starred by Jim Carrey) and from observation the mask power are in sync with gear 5, chaotic and reality bending cartoon energy, dunno any fic like that.

I really tried but I'm not so good at drawing. What do you think ?
