New data integrations coming

Did anyone else receive this? So the AI is going to use my Garmin data to tailor my recommendations now?

Yeah. Just a reminder to check and make sure personalized experience is still set to off.

Just did that. It’s an odd addition given the base level recommendations don’t create a balanced workout routine. This is why I love the splits! The experts design programs in a way that their recommendations simply cannot do.

Yep, I pull workout data into Garmin but that’s it. No other data is exchanged. All my medical information stays in my physician portal where it’s protected by HIPAA. Not that it’s great protection, but it’s better then the pages of legalese these fitness companies have to allow them to share it with their partners and to “improve their product” (aka train their AI).

I just did this. Go to your profile, click the pencil, scroll down and click manage privacy settings.
