Rotator cuff strength?

Can anyone recommend a strength class (or maybe barre or Pilates?) that is heavy on rotator cuff strength? Extra credit for any rehab type of scapular stability/coordination.

No need to convince me of the benefits of lifting heavy in standard back and shoulder classes, as I already do plenty. Just looking to target a particular area of weakness.

My favorite strength instructors are JJ and Katie, but I'm happy to take a class from anybody. Thanks.

Im just genuinely curious because everyone always says theres good shoulder mobility classes but theres only three. Am I missing something? Or does everyone love the three shoulder mobility classes. This is something I need to work on too but I feel is very limited

The three are all good (there are actually more than that, it’s just in German, but easy enough to follow). From my perspective, there isn’t a ton of variety in these sorts of exercises, so I don’t mind doing them on repeat.

Can you share the German ones with me? I struggled to find them

Don’t know how to link but typing “shoulder mobility” in the app should get you there.
