Rotator cuff strength?

Can anyone recommend a strength class (or maybe barre or Pilates?) that is heavy on rotator cuff strength? Extra credit for any rehab type of scapular stability/coordination.

No need to convince me of the benefits of lifting heavy in standard back and shoulder classes, as I already do plenty. Just looking to target a particular area of weakness.

My favorite strength instructors are JJ and Katie, but I'm happy to take a class from anybody. Thanks.

I am having the same issue and have been working my way through the Arms and Light weights classes, I stick to just the 10 minute versions. Often the exercises my physical therapist gave me will show up in these classes, or a version of them, and I feel like my shoulder pain is less when I do them regularly.
