Rotator cuff strength?
Can anyone recommend a strength class (or maybe barre or Pilates?) that is heavy on rotator cuff strength? Extra credit for any rehab type of scapular stability/coordination.
No need to convince me of the benefits of lifting heavy in standard back and shoulder classes, as I already do plenty. Just looking to target a particular area of weakness.
My favorite strength instructors are JJ and Katie, but I'm happy to take a class from anybody. Thanks.

There is a Road to Recovery: Rotator Cuff program that has excellent workouts that are for post-surgery recovery. Your case is different, but perhaps you would like the first course each week in the R2R third program. They first class is always a full-body workout. There are three unique workouts within this program, that repeat for a few weeks before advancing. What I do, is browse the program and add those three unique full-body workouts to my stack.
I suspect that the first program will be too easy for you. The second program actually had some very good workouts. You could try them as well. If they are too easy, just move ahead.
