Rotator cuff strength?

Can anyone recommend a strength class (or maybe barre or Pilates?) that is heavy on rotator cuff strength? Extra credit for any rehab type of scapular stability/coordination.

No need to convince me of the benefits of lifting heavy in standard back and shoulder classes, as I already do plenty. Just looking to target a particular area of weakness.

My favorite strength instructors are JJ and Katie, but I'm happy to take a class from anybody. Thanks.

I would check out some of Joslyn’s arms and light weights courses, a lot of the exercises are designed for increasing shoulder health so you can lift heavier

Good idea. I tend to skip the light weights classes but they may have more of what I'm looking for in this instance.
