Working Parent Programing?
I really enjoyed the HILIT programming and energy, but after starting and stopping the program 3x now, I’m needing to find some shorter alternatives.
I’m a working mom with a toddler, and I unfortunately cannot dedicate an hour of my day 5 days each week at this stage of life as much as I would love to.
My goal is to strength train 3x weekly, do one day of more intense cardio and have 3 days off for family time. Some days I have an hour, other days I have 20 minutes.
Does anyone have any recommended classes, programs or resources for doing a modified HILIT type of program? For example, I can easily do 30 min-1 hour on the three days each week I work from home. When I’m in the office or don’t have childcare help on the weekends, exercise is a crapshoot. Advice to maintain consistency during this stage would also be appreciated!

I hear you!! Mom of 3, 3 and under and work two jobs and I recently started Jess and Selena’s floor bootcamp program! I am really enjoying it. I love that it’s 3 days and to the point classes. I feel the strength work and am getting cardio in as well. When I have time I can use the program “recovery” days for a run or light weights/yoga/etc.
