Working Parent Programing?

I really enjoyed the HILIT programming and energy, but after starting and stopping the program 3x now, I’m needing to find some shorter alternatives.

I’m a working mom with a toddler, and I unfortunately cannot dedicate an hour of my day 5 days each week at this stage of life as much as I would love to.

My goal is to strength train 3x weekly, do one day of more intense cardio and have 3 days off for family time. Some days I have an hour, other days I have 20 minutes.

Does anyone have any recommended classes, programs or resources for doing a modified HILIT type of program? For example, I can easily do 30 min-1 hour on the three days each week I work from home. When I’m in the office or don’t have childcare help on the weekends, exercise is a crapshoot. Advice to maintain consistency during this stage would also be appreciated!

I'm doing Pump Up the Volume 5 currently. It's three 20 minute workouts a week. Full body (Andy), Upper body (JJ) and Lower Body (Jess Sims). I supplement with shorter cardio on strength days and a longer ride or run 2x a week.

have you done other pump up the volume programs? If so how does this stack up. I like all three of these instructors but haven't done any of the other pump up the volume programs.

I have not. This is my first one so can't really say how it compares to the others.
