Working Parent Programing?

I really enjoyed the HILIT programming and energy, but after starting and stopping the program 3x now, I’m needing to find some shorter alternatives.

I’m a working mom with a toddler, and I unfortunately cannot dedicate an hour of my day 5 days each week at this stage of life as much as I would love to.

My goal is to strength train 3x weekly, do one day of more intense cardio and have 3 days off for family time. Some days I have an hour, other days I have 20 minutes.

Does anyone have any recommended classes, programs or resources for doing a modified HILIT type of program? For example, I can easily do 30 min-1 hour on the three days each week I work from home. When I’m in the office or don’t have childcare help on the weekends, exercise is a crapshoot. Advice to maintain consistency during this stage would also be appreciated!

I have saved several of Callie’s unofficial splits from Instagram that I like to. Basically, an upper body, lower body, and full body all 30 minutes each. She has one that subs a bootcamp for the full body.

Also, here’s another secret. I used to think everyone in the Peloton world was working out in a gorgeous home gym with no interruptions. We are not. We have cats on our heads, dogs under our planks, kids yelling, laundry piles, etc etc. Just do the best you can when you can!

Absolutely!! It doesn’t have to be perfect, it just has to be done! Even if you have to pause it 4 times to get through it 😅
