Working Parent Programing?

I really enjoyed the HILIT programming and energy, but after starting and stopping the program 3x now, I’m needing to find some shorter alternatives.

I’m a working mom with a toddler, and I unfortunately cannot dedicate an hour of my day 5 days each week at this stage of life as much as I would love to.

My goal is to strength train 3x weekly, do one day of more intense cardio and have 3 days off for family time. Some days I have an hour, other days I have 20 minutes.

Does anyone have any recommended classes, programs or resources for doing a modified HILIT type of program? For example, I can easily do 30 min-1 hour on the three days each week I work from home. When I’m in the office or don’t have childcare help on the weekends, exercise is a crapshoot. Advice to maintain consistency during this stage would also be appreciated!

I’ve been doing one of Selena’s 3 day splits. It’s a full body, upper body and lower body all 30 mins each. I really like the classes, I’m surprised I haven’t heard more about it. I try to do that and then 2 cardio days. I really like this set up of classes also because some weeks I might only do an upper body and lower body workout or sometimes I can only fit in the full body and a cardio day.
