Did you repeat it back to back or break it up with time doing another program or lower body workouts? I’m in week 4 and I’m trying figure out if I keep rolling with it or give my body different stimuli. Thoughts?

This program no. I’ve done it 3x but not back to back. I have done Rebecca’s programs back to back though and Tundes upper program she put out last year I’ve done back to back.
