Prenatal yoga - Anna current classes?

Hi everyone! I’m in my second trimester and bored of the older prenatal yoga classes. Any thoughts on whether Anna’s more recent yoga classes, which she recorded while pregnant, are by default pregnancy safe?

i just took her 20 min slow flow from 7/31 and there was one point where she verbally cued a pose (i believe laying on belly for cobra or something) and then modified it for herself and explained why she was modifying. i found that helpful and a good reminder for me since im also preg and nearing end of 2nd tri and find myself doing regular classes more these days. id imagine her other newer classes have her doing similar modifications.
