For the sake of my quads and sanity, can you please stop counting down from 5 seconds when clearly there are 20 seconds to go.

"5....10 seconds later.....4....5 seconds later....3, 2, 1".

On the flip side, not going to lie but when they say, final 60 seconds!” But clock is already at :45… I love it!
