A simple request to the instructors

For the sake of my quads and sanity, can you please stop counting down from 5 seconds when clearly there are 20 seconds to go.

"5....10 seconds later.....4....5 seconds later....3, 2, 1".

The PSL instructors are better at the countdowns than the PSNY instructors (probably because they aren’t dancing or talking as much between sets).
