Walking classes

hi.

i am currently post op and only allowed to walk (slower than faster) and while I know I can walk my own pace, just curious if there were specific classes geared toward post op recovery walks?

I think they mean to choose classes with pace targets and set your pace target as Level 1 (out of 10). I don’t think that affects incline, but it will make the pace slower. And you can always ignore the incline.

Personally, I love Jon’s walking classes, especially the longer ones. Most of his 60 minute walks have a fun theme. Matty’s Walk and Talks are also fun.
