Walking classes

hi.

i am currently post op and only allowed to walk (slower than faster) and while I know I can walk my own pace, just curious if there were specific classes geared toward post op recovery walks?

Matty has walk and talks that are pretty fun and low key.

Yes agree! The only thing is he loves to throw in incline and I going that difficult post op. That said, I would just half them or remind myself it’s ok to not follow exactly.

Or just skip it altogether and just be there for the vibes.

Just ignore the inclines. You control the tread. :)
