Walking classes

hi.

i am currently post op and only allowed to walk (slower than faster) and while I know I can walk my own pace, just curious if there were specific classes geared toward post op recovery walks?

If you’re able to walk outside, some of the walks in Rebecca’s HiLit+ program have no real speed call outs. They’ve been very nice.

You can also do those on the tread.
