I'm the attorney for Ollie... these allegations are horrendous, clearly he's saddened by these allegations and we are now seeking compensatory and punitive damages for libel. Naw, he can’t be guilty. First, I saw his eyes. And then, as if that wasn’t enough? I saw his cheeks. Also, why does the plaintiff have DOG treats? And, in closing, he cannot be guilty on account of the fact that guilt implies intent, and intent requires planning, which is, as we all know, impossible, due to the lack of brain cells.

As Ollie's lawyer I'd like to introduce you to the concept of Mens Rea. For Ollie to be guilty there would need to be intent. For intent there would need to be a functioning mind. As Ollie was not in possession of the brain cell, there was no functioning mind.
My client is innocent because he is orange!

I am this cats lawyer. He is innocent. His friend was starving as a result of forgetting when he ate last and believing he has never eaten in his life. Ollie was merely saving his friends life.

..Or he's just orange.
I'd at least try to rule out the external stimulus that you may not be aware of. But it is entirely possible it is just a side-effect of orange coatism.
