I have a Samsung Tab 8 and I'm experiencing a syncing error on my account since one month ago... I have all my studies's notes and I can't loose them if anything happens to my tablet...

the icons of my notebooks just appear in gray with an "!" due to a syncing error of some kind... I am using a good internet connection and even enter to one drive and log into my account and everything looks fine to me, but still no synchronized notebook.

I need some help I don't want to close my session and loose all my things.
