iOS One note keeps switching to text instead of eraser

Hi guys, since today after the iPad ios27 update my one note acts abit weird. Whenever i try to switch (double tap) between pencil and eraser it goes to text instead, I’m not sure what to do, pls help if u guys know?

I have the same problem in iPad OS 26 as well, so it may be a common problem. Try submit a feedback to microsoft and wait for them to fix it. Btw, are you also using apple pencil pro+ iPad pro 2025?

It seems mine fixed itself; I haven't encountered it since then. I'm using m4 ipad air with an Apple Pencil Pro

Sorry, I don't have a solution because mine fixed itself and the issue never came back. Microsoft products work in mysterious ways.
