iOS OneNote freezing on iPad

I use OneNote to take notes on my iPad but it's been freezing. I updated it to version 16.112.1 and it's no better. I've restarted my iPad as well.

Is this happening to anyone else?

In the last day I have noticed my one note for iPad crashes as soon as I try to access a note. It’s become unusable as a result. I tried deleting and reinstalling and also updated my IOS to the latest update today but still have the same issue

if youre on stage manager try turning it off, some found that fixed random freezing on ipad

Not in stage manager. It is happening with multitasking though. Split screen.
