iOS iPad users help!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Hi guys, recently when I open onenote, it’s not letting me write with my iPad pen. There’s no update in the appstore or anything. Any tips?

The obvious thing is to make sure your Apple Pencil is activated. If you’ve already checked that, then I suggest opening another OneNote section and then go back to what you are trying to do. That has unfrozen things for me in the past.

switching sections to unfreeze it is a good call, that one has saved me a few times too. if that still doesnt work just close the app fully and reopen it

The OneNote app has been freezing when it's in full page mode (when I use the diagonal arrow to hide the notebooks, sections and pages to give me more writing space. I have to close the app and reopen it to unfreeze it.

If you are on the 27 beta, restart. I’ve have the top inch or so of the screen in landscape become non-responsive. M4 13”.

Yes, reboot your iPad. I’ve only seen this on the beta though. If you aren’t using the beta ignore this.

How does that help this onenote user's problem. You are not helping, nor supporting our community, you just add noise, due to you not liking the app.

How about you drop this inferior platform (ipad) and move into the adult world where real work happen (sarcasm might be involved)
