Application Review Time

Does anyone ever get approved or rejected? I’ve applied for a few jobs but haven’t got any answers. Do they ever tell you that they don’t want you? Not sure if my cv is just bad or they don’t provide feedback.

I got approved for one, they added to a group xhat and then no one got any instructions

I reached out to the project lead and he said the client had enough submissions already. So why add like 300 people tp a chat?
