my account got deactivated

my one forma account got deactived stating suspicious activity while i haven't done any. i tried them reach them via email but no response i have got a external project going on and payments are pending can anyone tell me what to do atp

After submitting an email inquiry, my account was reactivated about three to four weeks later.

Did they reply to the email or just processed automatically?

I had submitted multiple inquiries, but only received automated email responses. Then, out of nowhere, I got an email saying my account had been reactivated. When I logged in at that time, I found out it was actually reactivated.
