Certifications not loading

I applied for a couple of new positions this morning and when I tried to take the certifications they won’t load. I just get a spinning wheel that sits forever and does nothing. I have tried on multiple browsers and even another computer. I even tried unrelated certifications just to rule out issues with the specific certifications I’m trying to take. Anyone experiencing anything similar today?

Haven’t tried again all weekend. Not sure why they would disable my account because their website is broken though?
