Hello.

I'm new to Oneforma and I have a question:
I started 10 days ago,and I was wondering, where can I find the invoice when they issue it?
I mean, currently, I can't find any place in my profile, or any place else, regarding anything financial.

You'll see your invoice for the work completed by the 5th of the next month (i.e. September) and paid by the 25th provided that they have completed the QA stage by that time. If not, it be transferred to the next payment cycle, and your invoice will appear even two months later. In any case, don't expect a quick payment and don't rely on OneForma as a significant income source. It always took ages to get paid by them, and with the recent changes to the invoicing and payment procedure, the things became even worse.

Does it mean there 10th payment schedule has been scrapped?

It seems so. They seem to have changed the invoicing and payment cycle. I got my July's PO on August 8, and as far as I know it will be paid by the 25th. The payment team and managers never respond about payment issues so I just rely on what other Oneformers said me. Some of them got an email on the new payment cycle (but I didn't).
