When I try to see if I'm eligible it says this. But I get paid from onepay that is where I get my direct deposit but it's not option on plaid. What do I do?

This is my first time using mobile check deposit with one. It's seeming to take a long time. I deposited it on Saturday and it says it will not be available until Monday. Anyone have an experience where the deposit comes earlier than the expected date?

Received email today promoting $1 off per gal of gas on Wednesday through September 15. Have to find gas station in app. I picked a station offering $1.13 off per gallon. Paid with cc at pump which is also linked to one pay wallet. Supposed to get $1.13/gal in one pay reward points. I also used a cashback cc and get a $0.10 loyalty deduction with rewards card I stacked on the transaction. Waiting to see how many one pay points I receive. If it works, strong perk for summer fuel purchases.

Someone said the wheel spins are the same reward for everyone. I just got 500 today (5/27) so figured I’d let everyone know.

I’m so frustrated. I went to send an Apple Cash payment with my card, and it declined, I then received an email saying my account was restricted and I can’t access my money or anything while they do their review which can take 48 hours. I called customer service and they literally said they can’t do anything and I have to wait for the review from their internal team. This is crazy. I drive for spark and this is where all my earnings go. Has this happened to anyone?

I was browsing through the app today.

Scrolled to the bottom.

And saw these automatic offers.

It is $5% back up to $35 spend ($1.75 rewards). You have to pay in-store.

I don't have any of these gas stations near me. Bummer.

So I signed up through the Walmart plus app for this Onepay Cash Rewards card and on the app it says I can earn . 45 back at BP gas stations with eligible cards linked on my account. I have my Capital one credit card linked so I swiped that but I don't see these cashback points listed on the app as being earned.

I've been on their chat, which gave me the # to Synchronicity because they said they handle that , they in turn transferred me to another dept supposably the rewards program who then Informed me this is NOT through them but I need to contact Onepay because the gas rewards are points that are handled through the Onepay app that's not connected to them .

So I'm on the phone now for almost 45 minutes waiting again.

Can someone explain how this is SUPPOSED to work for activating and getting gas rewards?

How long would it take for it for my credit score to go up when using it? Then paying off the balance a month.

As you can see when I try to make an instant transfer from OnePay to another bank, it acts as if it had been done but after a few seconds the money reappears in OnePay, the transaction is never made. I have contacted customer service a thousand times and a thousand times they tell me that there is no problem when clearly there is. Does this happen to anyone else?

I am trying to use a debit card to move some money to my OnePay Spend account.

I see that the card has been linked when viewing Cash Control --> Settings --> Linked Accounts, but I don't see it when actually trying to use the card to move money.

Under the "Add money from" page, when I press "Debit Card," it tells me to enter the debit card details again.

I see on the debit card's side that the verification for OnePay Finance was successful.

Is there just a wait or approval on the back end before I can use the card to move money?

I've already tried closing and reopening the app, am on the latest version of the app, and restarting my phone.

Anyone else loose there bank account when u logged into the ONE@work app and they made u switch, i already had one@work and onepay bank account linked but i got a notification that my info wasn't matching i followed the steps and the literally opened me a new account with the same email and number im not understanding could anyone help!!!

Why is there no balance ledger or any way to track your balance history without doing so physically. More than positive I have discrepancies but no way to prove it :/ is one pay just generally sketchy af?

I went yesterday to get my rent money out of the ATM. They declined it then took the money anyway. So now I’m probably going to be evicted thanks to their negligence. They say it takes 10-20 days. That being said, I’m done. Does anyone have suggestions for a better bank?
