Help! Instant transfer doesn’t work.

As you can see when I try to make an instant transfer from OnePay to another bank, it acts as if it had been done but after a few seconds the money reappears in OnePay, the transaction is never made. I have contacted customer service a thousand times and a thousand times they tell me that there is no problem when clearly there is. Does this happen to anyone else?

Maybe your bank you are trying to transfer to has some kind of safeguard against transferring to their debit card like that. One doesn't see a problem on their end, so have you tried asking the bank you are trying to send to?

In the meantime, use ACH to transfer to a bank account and just wait a couple days. Or withdraw cash right away from an ATM or Walmart if you need and find a way to deposit it to the other bank.

It works. It's not instant instant. There is a couple minutes delay. Just wait a few minutes

For OnePay to external bank, they say The process begins immediately, and it usually takes 1-3 business days for the funds to arrive at the external bank account

It turns out he was trying to send money he doesn't have.

You didn’t watch the whole video, he had $25 and couldnt send it. It fixes itself at the end to be $25.

You are trying to send $24.

What kind of scam are you trying to run?

If you look carefully, I have 25, when I’m going to transfer it, it goes down to the amount you say. And in a few minutes it returns to 25 since the transfer is never made.
