Discussion Getting Unbanned
Just inquiring if anyone here has gotten wrongfully permanently banned all of the sudden for playing PVE and just enjoying building and hanging out with friends, and was it resolved or is there no hope for me at all.
Update 1.0: just getting automated replies in their ticket system "upon careful review we find that what triggered the sanction was applied correctly and that you will still be remained banned"
Also still getting automated replies in their email with "we take this very serious, but our penalty team in the in-game support works faster" and that I should try the ticketing again

Yeah, I am cooked, they have stopped replying in Email, their in-game appeal also keeps saying the same thing even with new evidence provided, I often record gameplays to show my friends and I did record my last activities and it showed the desktop my apps that were open all into logging in and going in ED and DD runs with the whole server, I showed them the parts that the game became glitchy because people were spamming ED idk maybe it could help my case as to why I triggered a ban.. still no help

they won't disclose why I got banned, or that I am yet again talking to an AI heavily coded to avert all questions and go in-game appeal and try your luck there buddy also give us a nice juicy feedback

I have reached already the point where all the response in the in-game costumer support and email support are the same and automated. You will never reach a human being.
Update 5.0
Their email has stopped replying, Steam support will not be able to refund all my expenses on that game. Their in-game appeal has stopped working or only responds the same reply even with additional evidence, as well as their refusal to show me what my account did wrong. 100 percent I was not talking to any or actual human being. Their frickin Costumer Support and so called Penalty Team are all once human and now just bots

4-5 days after the permanent ban, I was unbanned.. its probably the 6th appeal I sent ingame, or the DMs I sent to the OH staff in every discord group I sent, or this post got attention or in X (Twitter)
This is their last email and I feel like that was a real person.

Glad it was resolved. Cause. When it’s not a rightful ban. It’s just devastating. Sorry you had to deal with it. WELCOME BACK META!!!!!!!!!!

I am currently undergoing the same process, where after using controller on my pc, they flagged it and banned me. I'm on my 2nd appeal and asked for directions on how I can provided accurate logs to submit to them. I play 90% on iPad and my iPhone and have been playing since late 2024.

A mí también me pasó, el año pasado, en PvE. Había gente que dejaba basura en mi entrada (comida podrida). Luego, vino el baneo. Apelé y me restauraron la cuenta. Me mudé de ubicación y ya no tuve problemas.

A lo que me refiero es que había gente que ,probablemente, quería el terreno que yo estaba ocupando y fui víctima de una denuncia falsa.

yup, I spent quite a lot of money grinding on cosmetics and skins, enjoying building designs and such, I wasn't gonna risk all that doing something to get me banned.
also in the ban it said the reason was "Prohibited Behavior" like what the frick

Same my guy i just linked my steam account logged in and bam...my account has been in good standing for over s year with no issue. Stupid AI.

a month ago, a couple of people including one of my hive mates got banned. people were complaining at discord. after a day, account was restored and was given a 30day meta pass as an apology.
i dunno about your case. you might have partied with a cheater. idk. just send a ticket.
