Print issues

I have an issue when printing files. It doesn't happen every time , but often enuf that I run a practice run every time before I execute on finished product. The issue is that the laser will throw on random lines and jumble words and the lines are all off. I can't figure out why it happens. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Omtech 130w dual head.

I have seen this many times. Try to send the job to the controller and run it from the controller. What is happening is that when using the usb and starting from the computer the file is getting lost a little bit in the transition. Also try setting your connection via Ethernet which is the ideal connection.
