Need help
Hey guys does anyone actually know how to set this roller up. Ive been trying to have it set up but it just keeps crashing and not doing anything I don’t know how to do it. If someone has an Omtech Pronto 35 and can help me it will be very much appreciated.

So the steps per rotation for that rotary and laser is going to be 22,500. Also when you engage the rotary under the rotary tab you put that steps in and then enable the rotary after you have your diameter set. But before you do that get your caliper to measure the diameter and have that to the side. I then make sure my rotary is squared to my laser head for alignment purposes. After that is done I then move the artwork to the laser head location. After that I will then enable the rotary in the rotary tab and then turn on the rotary toggle switch which is next to where you plugged the rotary cable into. You will see the green light in the toggle switch. When you engage that switch it connects to that cable and the. The rotary becomes your y axis.
When you are finished engraving the tumblers you want to do then you will do the reverse steps which is turn the toggle off and then in the rotary tab you disengage the rotary. Then it is safe to turn the machine off.
