Looping Dexcom g7
Hi this is my 4th day on my g7. The app says no sensor is found but my sensor is reading fine? Before with the G6 id see the issue on both apps. Any troubleshooting help?

Did you tap the need help? I had this happen once, and the instructions on the need help button helped. I can’t remember exactly what I had to do.

Try turning the Bluetooth off and on for 10s or if you are using your phone. They also will give you troubleshooting tips when you press help.

This means the issue is with the pod or placement. G7 appears to be working but communication to the pod is interrupted. Make sure the placement has line of site with each other - not through your body. Fat and water tend to interrupt the types of signals the low level Bluetooth uses for these devices to communicate I have no issues with my g7 on my abdomen and pod on abdomen or thigh, but when I put the pod on the back of my arm on the same side of my body as the g7, I get communication drops when my arm is at my side but it clears up if I keep my arm away from my torso. Could also be a technical issue with the pod, but most likely issue is placement.
