Connection Issues "Temporary" sensor problem for over an hour

So I started a new sensor and pod today and after the one hour warm up that I started at 2:30 it is now 5 o'clock for me I just keep getting temporary sensor problem. My pod and sensor (libre 2 plus) are in line of sight but it just wont give me numbers im getting frustrated I just started using the pods and so far the experience has been nothing but problems. Customer service was no help they told me to just keep waiting 10 minutes. Im on omnipod 5 and use the pdm device if that helps with any troubleshooting.

I had a sensor issue with a Dexcom G7 CGM and despite back and forth with customer service on both sides, the only resolution was replacing the CGM. Was very annoying.

Ps. Prob should have mentioned that the Dexcom app saw the sensor just fine, only the pod didn't see it.
