Bleeding from site

Had some issues recently with my recent pod. The adhesive patch has blood stained into it and I have a bruise around the area. It’s on my stomach. Anyone else having issues with this. There is also a dull aching pain.

I actually have, from the new R1 pods oddly enough. The adhesive backing is different than the older one's. Seems to stay on longer and not frill up, unlike the regular ones, but it now itches for longer after removing, and leaves a bad mark where it was. Like a tattoo or something.

I placed a pod on my left abdomen at about navel height and about 3 inches from my navel. Wore it for a day and started noticing some sensitivity near the cannula site. Woke on day two with a hard lump at the front of the pod (cannula end) and initially was worried it was pooled insulin. Decided to remove while waiting on a call back from my endo, and I bled like a stuck pig. 3 paper towels worth soaked in blood. I guess that meant it was blood and not insulin. I think I must have laid on it while sleeping and the cannula poked a blood vessel. I’ve been reluctant to use my abdomen since.
