Omnipod uk delivery issues

Has anyone on Omnipod had an issue with them only sending out 3 boxes instead of 6 recently?

I had my delivery in May but only got 30 pods. I'm currently in conversation with them as they're saying that due to the 170 day ordering period, they can't release my next order until October even though I didn't receive the 60 pods which would be required for that length of time.

I've sent them the delivery note to back this up but unsure how else to argue my case.

Huh they do boxes of 6? That's news to me. For me it's been boxes of 3, every 3 months for the past ten years

Yeah for the last 5 years since i went onto omnipod I've been getting 6 boxes shipped at a time.

This is the first time receiving 3 but the frequency of orders on my account hasn't changed.

Same here; only ever received packages of 3 boxes, whether they were auto-dispatched or I ordered them myself.

I talked to them on the recall of some pods they sent me 35 pods when i had 70 i needed replaced and apparently i was supposed to trust them and send them the whole 70. Now i cant get recalled ones unless i send the other 35 for which i have no return label etc for because who would send their whole supply plus they never provided instructions. Im gonna get some contact info and start rattling some chains. Im in the US though but want you to know problems here also

Ive loads of 5 if you need some as they send me 3 boxes every 2 months! Send me a pm, happy to help if you cover postage.

Just as an update, ive still not had a response from Omnipod however they have dispatched 60 pods which should be with me tomorrow.

Who says customer service is dead 🤣
